Delivery Confirmation
We may cancel orders after submission due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations will be finalized by the end of the day, and a full refund will be issued. If your order is rejected, please contact us to explore pickup options or alternative solutions.

Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before delivery for a full refund. Orders canceled within 2 days of delivery are eligible for a partial refund. Once delivered, no refunds will be issued. Please inspect your bouquet upon delivery. If there are any issues, reject the delivery and contact customer service immediately.
